In Southwest Brooklyn, Apex Development Group is co-developing the future long-term home for the second iteration of the renowned Math, Engineering, and Science Charter Academy ("MESA”). Once hailed by the New York Post as being “possibly the best charter high school in New York State,” MESA 2 will be housed in a brand-new, state of the art building inclusive of an abundance of specialty classrooms, a multifaceted recreational facility complete with rock-climbing and pickleball court, numerous outdoor areas for students and staff, and a sprawling glass curtain-wall façade to provide an airy and expansive learning environment.
