About Me
Andrew is a 2007 graduate of Chaminade High School, and a 2011 graduate of Fordham University School of Business with a Major in Finance, summa cum laude. Andrew is also a 2016 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, summa cum laude, where he was ranked first in his graduating class. After graduating from law school and a brief stint practicing law, Andrew spent several years working directly with a top New York City-based real estate developer where he oversaw all development activities including deal origination, land entitlement, financing, design, underwriting, investor relations, lease-up, property management, and disposition.

Andrew focused on a variety of asset classes, including community facility, industrial, office, self-storage, affordable and supportive housing, and specifically educational, overseeing one of the largest portfolios of privately owned charter school assets in New York City. In that capacity, Andrew was instrumental in overseeing every facet of the development process for upward of ten charter school projects and leading the firm’s growth in that sector. Andrew rose through the ranks to the position of Managing Director and partner, prior to transitioning full time to focus on growing the Apex platform.
